The exhibition exploring the readymade in a state of exhaustion, where self-irony becomes a tool for critical reflection on both the artistic method and the current cultural context. Through working with found objects, the project captures a shift from assertion to doubt, from gesture to meta-irony, weaving into the artistic fabric personal experiences of migration, the loss of stability, and fatigue with the former language of expression.

The image-maker of the future

makes not a picture

not an object

but a gesture

a sign

a proxy

everything becomes a message

placed

aestheticized

everything — art

sexy books

sexy objects

ashtrays

earrings

cups

Nightbitch

Kippenberger

Gursky

just lying there

not read —

curated

they are vibe

they are sensation

they are desire

shaped by taste

is the act of choosing art?

Duchamp said: fountain

now the curator speaks

or the algorithm

taste — a code

embedded in branding

you just repeat it

my feed knows me better

tortoiseshell combs

ribbons

mirrors

film rolls

mint pills

perfume marked Replica

GIRLS WHO CLUSTER

curates my longing

better than I ever could

the power of taste

the one with taste

never misses

they say: SPEAK —

and objects begin to sound

like marketing copy

like need

like format

not art?

he said:

this isn’t art

where’s the paint?

where’s the sculpture?

where’s the “you just know it”?

I asked:

is the emperor even dressed?

he said:

not a single thread

I can’t take it anymore

I see a thousand images a day

and remember none

I want everything to disappear

I want taste to disappear

I want ads to die

I want objects to be silent

but

something here

feels

wrong

it’s all a symptom

the artist has no studio

no time

no space

he work —

a gesture

an intention

a placement

a constellation

this isn’t art

it’s the idea of art

WE ARE AII CURATORS NOW

we curate the feed

desire

tone

context

everything becomes language

everything — placement

everything — image

nothing — visible
